There's a 'Lamborghini Club' that sounds interesting. It's only $30.00 a year. I wonder why it's so cheap? I mean, we're talking Lamborghini here. I suppose they want members who know about cars and probably people who know how to drive. Sounds too demanding.
|Too bad I can't drive because this is a snazzy logo for the club uniform|
Then I saw 'Vegetable of the Month Club' but it turns out they want to sell you, wait for it, vegetables! What kind of club is that? Wonder what their annual dance is like? Nah, forget it.
There's also a 'Sock of the Month' Club but apparently they expect you to KNIT your own. Uh, I don't think it's for me.
So you can understand my problem. These clubs seem like too much work. I don't want to make, buy or create anything. I just want to go to the club, and sit there. Maybe talk to people about cars, vegetables and socks.....no, I guess I don't even want to do that.
As for health clubs....well.....no. They aren't even really clubs. They're..........trouble!
|This is called a "club" but I think not|
Maybe I'm confusing "club" with "bar". Sit, sip wine, talk possible but not obligatory. Yes, I think that's more what I have in mind. No dues, no initiation, no uniforms......I like it.
